They have grown thousands of pumpkins with over twenty five different varieties to choose from. So if your looking for big ones, small ones, warty ones or white ones, they will have what your looking for.

These pumpkins were sown in May and left to germinate in a greenhouse. In June the plants are big enough to transplant outside to the patch.

Throughout the summer, the pumpkins need the right balance of rain and sunshine to grow, swell and turn into that beautiful autumnal orange colour.

In September, the sprawling pumpkin plants will be ready to die back leaving its spectacular fruit behind.

Terawhiti Farm is a traditional family run farm situated in the heart of the beautiful South Hams countryside and on the edge of the charming village of South Milton.
